Downstairs bed - Not Private. This bed is located directly behind the stairs leading upstairs, and right off the living room. There is no privacy but it saves you from going up the steps.

Back bedroom - upstairs. This bedroom overlooks the back of the property where deer, turkey and the occasional bear can be spotted.

Front bedroom - upstairs. This front bedroom is at the top of the steps to the left. There is a door which separates the upstairs bedroom but guests staying in the other room will have to go through this bedroom to access the stairs.

When we say fully equipped kitchen, we mean it! Refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and silverware, bowls, plates, cups, freezer, stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, french press, Keurig coffee machine, wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, dining table. We do not have a dishwasher.

Our bathroom is stocked with the following: bathtub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, shower gel, and feminine products.

Balcony, patio, gas grill, fire pit, hammock, outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture.

We have security cameras on property. Your safety matters. The home is equipped with 2 outdoor cameras pointed at entrances for your safety and to protect our property. They are active and recording. We utilize these cameras during off times to ensure the home is secure since we use this property exclusively as a short term rental. We also have smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher.

24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a passcode to the lock pad. That code will activate at 3pm on your date of arrival and will expire at 11am on the day of departure.
