These guidelines help protect our homes and ensure a comfortable experience for every guest.

During your stay

Occupancy

  • Maximum of 6 registered guests

  • No additional guests without prior approval

Quiet Hours

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

NO loud music or disturbance to neighbors. They live here permanently and we want to maintain a good relationship with them.

Security Cameras

Security cameras monitor entry points for safety. Footage is not continuously monitored and is only reviewed to confirm occupancy limits, no pets, or in the event of a security concern or emergency.

Property-Specific Note

At Angled Pine, we CANNOT accommodate children under 12 due to the steep staircase (and our insurance policy).

House Rules

  • No parties or events

  • No commercial photography without written permission

  • No smoking or narcotics on the property

  • No pets

Smoking anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking may result in removal without refund.

Safety & Responsibility

  • Exterior security cameras monitor entry points for safety and property protection. There are no interior cameras.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage during their stay.

  • Hosts are not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Shipping of forgotten items can be arranged at the guest’s expense.

Before you leave

To help us prepare for the next guests:

  • Gather used towels

  • Place trash in designated bins

  • Turn off lights and small appliances

  • Ensure windows are closed

  • Lock both doors securely
